“Came in with my husband for sesame chicken, dumplings and wonton soup on a chilly Friday night. We dined in and had the soup brought out to us in bowls to share, along with a yummy side salad, followed by the dumplings and then our sesame chicken. Every single item was prepared SO fresh. You can tell everything was just made and delicious. One of the owners (I forgot her name) was so sweet and came over to bring us some dessert to try (which was amazing) and talked to us for a bit. Such a nice, friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back!“

“Good food and always fast service. Our goto Chinese restaurant. Orders are processed fast and the staff is friendly. You have the ability to dine in, but it's not table service. Order at the counter and sit and eat. We always take out.“

“The staff upfront is so nice. She politely answered all my questions and helped me understand the menu. I ordered the coconut smoothie and the coconut mango milk. The coconut smoothie is so light and refreshing for the heat, definitely good for someone who doesn’t like super sugary drinks. The coconut mango milk is so delicious and you get to choose the sweetness. I also ordered the general tsp bento box and it came with a lot of stuff. “It's not dine in. I ordered on UE first but then started picking up to avoid all of the tacked on costs. Best egg rolls ever! They don't seem to reuse the oil so much that they taste off and they somehow have always made them so they're never dripping with oil. Obviously I haven't had a good egg roll in a while.

They also actually listen to preferences. I always ask for crunchy broccoli and am so disappointed when I get overcooked or soggy broccoli that will never reheat well. They have done this consistently. My go to Chinese spot now!“

“First off I used to come to this spot when I was growing up. Time has changed and new ownership has taken over. The last owners were great. The new owners has upgraded the place and it looks great. The most important thing though is the food! and the food remains to be amazing. It's even better now because they offer halal, bubble tea and you can use your card(back in the days it was only cash). They also got a new machine that you can order from which is cool but I rather order from a person still. Keep up the good work.“

“I ordered the food on my way home from work and the food was AT MY DOOR STEP when I got home. It was still hot and honestly so convenient to not cook after work for the family! Food was incredibly affordable for feeding my whole family of 6. My favorite was their wonton soup, sesame chicken, and pork fried rice. The ribs were also delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for all the moms that don’t want to cook and still want to eat good! I definitely will be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I live close by and I’m on kid duty on Saturdays so I always order from here.

I always get the same woman and she cracks me up. Knows my address from the system and my order usually but then will just randomly throw me a Wan ton soup for no reason. I keep the quart for my dad because he loves it but you just don’t get stuff like that anymore. That’s how you treat people in the community.

Portions are solid too. I feel like you get a good amount for your money. Also rare nowadays. Delivery can sometimes take awhile but I like my Chinese places busy and fresh. I’m a sesame chicken guy and sometimes I need a little extra sauce but that’s the extent of any “issues”.

I stopped by No. 1 Halal Kitchen today and grabbed some food. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all! The place was good, the food was tasty, and the service was decent.

I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I definitely recommend giving it a try. If you enjoy a little heat, I suggest adding some extra spicy sauce or seasoning to your food. For Southeast Asian taste buds, that little extra spice makes the flavors even better!
