“Found this place when looking for a new cozy coffee spot. My boyfriend lives in Flushing so this was close enough for us to drive to, and the crepes looked so good. We came in on a cold snowy day, and immediately felt the warmth of fresh coffee and sweet fluffy crepes. We also got a croissant sandwich which was one of our favorite breakfast foods lately. The owner, George, was so friendly, and we spent a while just chatting to him about shared interests and family life.If you’re looking for a welcoming place to enjoy some great food, yummy coffee, and where you’re supporting a small business instead of a corporation, Maillard is for you. Worth the drive even from Long Island. We’ll be back soon!“

The place itself is great for working and just chill hang outs. windows looking outside to the street and sitting options also outside. Great background music in the cafe. “Most of Manhattan serves espresso-based drinks and, sadly, dishwater drip. The former quite decent. The latter, well, I have yet to get a decent drip/ pour over in Manhattan. For pour overs/ proper filter, nothing beats taking a 30min train ride to Bushwick. Don’t be unnerved when you get outside of Morgan Ave L train station. The quiet industrial environment and graffiti walls may not be your thing, but ignore the surface. The gem here is @seycoffee just a short walk away.
Proper filter brews with beans they roast in-store. I had the Hamasho and the separation of flavors was so clear, I was a happy camper.
Their Iced latte was great too! It had a florality that complemented well with the milk.
The almond croissant’s frangipane cream inside was really nice.
Serene vibes
Limited 2hr use of laptops in some areas with the bar having no laptops allowed
No tipping (the team’s probably paid a living wage)
And a very clean toilet and provides cloth hand towels to dry your hands post hand wash.“

“I recently visited 787 Coffee Shop and had an amazing experience! I ordered a chai tea with oat milk, and it was absolutely perfect—smooth, flavorful, and with just the right balance of spices. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, making the whole atmosphere cozy and inviting. I loved the vibe and the attention to detail in everything, from the decor to the quality of the drinks. This is definitely a spot worth visiting for anyone who appreciates a well-made chai or a warm, relaxed environment. Highly recommend!“

“The rum infused espresso is to die for… Even as a coffee enthusiast this is not something I’d seen before but it definitely made for a cool experience and made it feel like more than just your typical cafe.
Never been to a coffee shop where the staff are so friendly, genuinely left a bit shocked after having been asked to have our photo taken for the instagram!
We had a couple of the chicken empanadas too and would highly recommend!“
“Directions for semi trucks Off the 95 take 495 ( towards Lincoln tunnel !!!don't go in tunnel) take last exit to Hoboken steep down hill on to s marginal hwy take a right onto jfk Blvd take that down to 19th St and make a right ( before the Exxon gas station) once you take that right take the next left at the light down Willow Ave. Take that small overpass to 15th Street and make a right . Then take 15th St to Jefferson St which is another right turn to 16th Street which is a one way you will have to go backwards towards the docks. “Ludwig coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve tried in years !!! Their flavor selection is fantastic and they have the perfect amount of caffeine to get me started for the day . I highly recommend it !“
“Great spot on the water with a beautiful view of the harbor. Coffee was fantastic. I have tried espresso here and also brought beans home, and both were top notch. Also took a coffee class here with Jerico and it was a lot of fun and educational. Will be back, and I hope they're able to increase the breadth and depth of class and community offerings. Would love to have a space like this in the neighborhood to return to for events!“
“I found this company online because I searched for blueberry coffee! I am obsessed with Wawa’s seasonal blueberry coffee and Stone Street knocks it OUT OF THE PARK! Absolutely my favorite thing! Refreshing and perfect.“

“Best coffee in Harlem! Highly recommend if you’re on the go and need a strong pick me up☕️ Baristas are always friendly and welcoming, they make my morning.“
“My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“

“Thank goodness for Joe coffee. When I showed up to work just a little bit too early, I needed to retreat from the cold. That’s when I discovered Joe which was a 3 minute walk from where I was a welcome retreat.
The girls here greeted me warmly and the space was wonderfully inviting.
If you find yourself needing a coffee in LIC, Joe’s is magic.“
