Ansā Micro Coffee Roastery is a hidden gem in the Village and a top coffee spot in NYC. It is not a typical coffee shop, as they roast the beans right there in front of you using their own micro-roaster. The smell of freshly roasted coffee hits you upon entering. The coffee is incredibly fresh, smooth, and flavorful. Drinks like the cold brew, iced latte, and cappuccino are perfectly balanced, rich, and creamy. The space is clean, bright, modern, and peaceful with a great energy. The staff is super friendly, passionate, and happy to explain their cool, eco-friendly roasting system. It feels like a mix between a coffee lab and a neighborhood hangout, and is definitely worth stopping by.
