“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“I visited Gran Caffe Gelateria with a few friends for a late-night dessert after dinner, and we were also looking for a good coffee spot. This place had great reviews, so we decided to check it out, especially since it stays open late.

The gelato selection was impressive, offering a variety of flavors at a great price point—definitely good value for the quality. The gelato itself was super creamy and delicious, better than many places I’ve tried before. I also appreciated that the portion sizes were generous.

“Oh my god, I love coming here. They have the best frozen yogurt here with amazing toppings. The place is ALWAYS clean and it’s definitely worth the price. “EXPENSIVE!!!!! I purchased a pint of watermelon sorbet (DEE-LISH-OUS!) and a scoop of strawberry cake batter ice cream. The total was $23! Listen... I'm all for a GREAT time when it comes to food/beverages/desserts. But I must admit; I was looking for the flecks of sterling silver in the ice cream after the server told me how much I owe... WOW!!!

Parking: Very strange parking situation in that area-- It's in the 5 corners area of the town. So be careful/make certain you're going the right way as two of the streets are one-way running north and south... and the main avenue runs east and west.“

I believe the system on how they take orders for customers is designed to create a line so other potential customers will see & think what's going on over there. I believe it's a strategic advertising moving that comes at the expense of good people who just want to get the ices or ice cream & go home back to their respective lives. I truly hope that they read this post & think we have an excellent product that sells itself. we do not need to take this approach to get other potential customers to come to our establishment. “Visited on a Saturday at noon and got a couple slices of Mango Mousse cake to go which had real mango and were light and delicious without being too sweet. You get a cute reusable tote bag with your purchase. The place is quite spacious and very clean. There are other items on the menu without mango. Can’t understand why there were no other customers during our visit. Maybe it was the time of day or perhaps they need to market the Bayside location better. I suspect that well-known French bakery on the same block was packed at that hour.“
