Subs are delish. Customer service is good. Cleanliness is good. I do have one beef. I visited the Lynbrook location on Saturday, July 25th, and ordered a mini tuna and a regular club supreme. When I got home I discovered I had a totally different sub. It was probably the Italian sub because it had pepperoni. Customer service sucks.
went in on 5/6/26 in the evening the curly hair lady with the tattoos was so nice went with my partner and i asked for our cold subs to be hot she made both of ours absolutely delicious i’m not sure if it’s because she was so sweet or that the food was so good but loved everything
