“Subs are delish. Customer service is good. Cleanliness is good. I do have one beef. I visited the Lynbrook location on Saturday, July 25th, and ordered a mini tuna and a regular club supreme. When I got home I discovered I had a totally different sub. It was probably the Italian sub because it had pepperoni. I called and explained my plight to the nice young lady who took my name and number. She asked if I could come back. I told her no because I don't live nearby. She said she'd leave my info and I should ask for the manager when I come. Today is Sunday, July 26th. I ordered more subs to the tune of $30. I explained my situation again and asked if they had my info from yesterday. The response was not as I expected. I was told the manager is not here, we can't do anything, and come back tomorrow. As you can tell from me spending my hard-earned money again after they got my order wrong, I'm not trying to scam them. I hope management reads this review and reaches out to me.“

“Subway, if you are reading, this is important. For years I have noticed your S.O.P. is to give the customer the cup AFTER the sandwich is made. This is wrong for two reasons. Reason 1 is that since the customer is the one preparing the drink, we can do so while the employee makes the meal. Time saved. Efficient.

Reason 2, and this matters; if your machine does not have ice, nor the drink I want because it is empty, now you have charged me for something I cannot have. (This happens often enough that I write this). No one eats the cup. The cup is not a memento. It is a container for a drink. Please give us the cup before you make the sandwich. I promise it is better for all.“

“Without a doubt the closest cooking to remind me of home. Catfish and Shrimp pivots was amazing. Crawfish Etoufee, chicken and sausage gumbo and chicken sausage and shrimp jambalaya was spot on. They build great sandwiches and do their best keeping the ingredients fresh!The staff great you as you arrive and after getting food there a few times they will remember you. The manager and staff are polite, pleasent and are excellent in serving the customers. They try their best to keep the eating area clean, but there are some very sloppy patrons that leave all their refuse on the tables, but the workers clear away quickly. Atmosphere was plain Jane, a few places to sit and wait (or) eat - we ate there. Nobody really there to give service points to. I'd definitely do it again. Pricing is a little high depending on what you're getting, but I believe if you order from the App there are discounts and deals.“

“One of the few meals my family can all agree on. I could eat this every day. The regular philly with cheese wiz is amazing. After trying Pat and Gino’s in Philadelphia, and then others, I was convinced that I did not like cheese wiz on my Philly. I was wrong, hands down this is the best. Cost unfortunately remains the only barrier; over $70 to feed a family of four for lunch is a bit much. $50-60 is my top price point for a fun meal from out.“

“Honestly, this place is so slept on... Krave It has the best pizza in Bayside— by a LANDSLIDE. I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. “We have ordered from here several times now for my office. They have a buy one get one free option which really is worth it. Their breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg, bacon, cheese and hashbrown on a roll is great. I get their Havest Quinoa Salad with crispy chicken and it's always fresh. Well worth the price. Their chicken strips with honey mustard are really good and everyone in the office likes their various Totz sandwichs.“

My turkey and provolone was layered perfectly with just the right about of condiments. My boyfriend Philly cheesesteak was cooked to perfection. Only kicker is if we went any later they would have been out of white bread but overall very good experience. We ate inside and the store was presentable.“

I was surprised to see reviews about the food lacking flavor. I do not agree with this. They are not a gourmet restaurant. They serve healthy food and they have large portions. “It was my first time patronizing this establishment. I have no regrets, well maybe one, I couldn’t finish the sandwich, it was loaded with warm meant and fresh veggies.

The service was great, the young man just knew I had never been there before. So he took the time to explain it to me.

My only gripe is the way the signage is set up. The menu is hanging over the register, which is where entered. It should be hung over where you enter the line. It’s way outta place.“
