“Subway, if you are reading, this is important. For years I have noticed your S.O.P. is to give the customer the cup AFTER the sandwich is made. This is wrong for two reasons. Reason 1 is that since the customer is the one preparing the drink, we can do so while the employee makes the meal. Time saved. Efficient.

Reason 2, and this matters; if your machine does not have ice, nor the drink I want because it is empty, now you have charged me for something I cannot have. (This happens often enough that I write this). No one eats the cup. The cup is not a memento. It is a container for a drink. Please give us the cup before you make the sandwich. I promise it is better for all.“

“Subs are delish. Customer service is good. Cleanliness is good. I do have one beef. I visited the Lynbrook location on Saturday, July 25th, and ordered a mini tuna and a regular club supreme. When I got home I discovered I had a totally different sub. It was probably the Italian sub because it had pepperoni. I called and explained my plight to the nice young lady who took my name and number. She asked if I could come back. I told her no because I don't live nearby. She said she'd leave my info and I should ask for the manager when I come. Today is Sunday, July 26th. I ordered more subs to the tune of $30. I explained my situation again and asked if they had my info from yesterday. The response was not as I expected. I was told the manager is not here, we can't do anything, and come back tomorrow. As you can tell from me spending my hard-earned money again after they got my order wrong, I'm not trying to scam them. I hope management reads this review and reaches out to me.“

“This the best Subway restaurants in Queens, NY. They build great sandwiches and do their best keeping the ingredients fresh!The staff great you as you arrive and after getting food there a few times they will remember you. The manager and staff are polite, pleasent and are excellent in serving the customers. They try their best to keep the eating area clean, but there are some very sloppy patrons that leave all their refuse on the tables, but the workers clear away quickly. “Without a doubt the closest cooking to remind me of home. Catfish and Shrimp pivots was amazing. Crawfish Etoufee, chicken and sausage gumbo and chicken sausage and shrimp jambalaya was spot on. “We literally come from Queens to this Blimpie shop all the time because we crave the delicious sandwiches.

Cleanliness: Firstly, the hygiene. The restaurant is so clean. You can tell all the meats and the veggies, everything is so fresh.

Accuracy: All the sandwiches are always done right. It’s perfect because we often don’t even get to open our bag until we get to the house. They honestly don’t get anything wrong.

Staff: The staff is so nice. And they’re so accommodating. They have Halal meats, which just means fresh amazing cold cuts. Thank you!“

“Honestly, this place is so slept on... Krave It has the best pizza in Bayside— by a LANDSLIDE. I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. After trying Pat and Gino’s in Philadelphia, and then others, I was convinced that I did not like cheese wiz on my Philly. I was wrong, hands down this is the best. “Quick review. I had to order catering for a group event. This location did a great job in providing the sandwiches (which were super fresh and delicious) and packaged nicely in catering boxes. They were generous with various condiments and toppings on the side. The manager even helped me carry the boxes to my car. They handled my organization’s tax exempt form without any hassle. And importantly, everyone loved the sandwiches! Great local business.“

The staff at this location is very kind. They are most helpful and patient when it comes to placing multiple orders. The wait time is not too long. It really depends on the order and the longest I’ve spent in the store is 10 minutes due to a large order. I’ve come here several times and bought multiple sandwiches at the same time and they never got impatient, rather they waited patiently and sometimes offered their suggestions on what to pair with the sandwich. They also make sure to have fresh food available for customers to order. The vegetable and bread is fresh every time I’ve come here to order.

The hospital is not too far away from here and it might be the closest subway in the vicinity. It can get busy during lunch hours since many people may want to have a sub or soup. With that being said, it’s really important to have the right people working at this location and it is spot on.

They have plenty of seating and it is also very clean. Hands down one of the nicest staff I’ve seen in Subway franchise. Parking may be an issue based on when you arrive however we’ve been lucky to get street parking right on the block every time we’ve come here.

Again, the employees make the restaurants much easier to revisit and invest in as the ingredients may be the same at every franchise however it is definitely the experience that makes the customer wanting to come back to a specific location.

“I used to eat at this location all the time before I moved. I picked up lunch here the other day and the food is still delicious and fresh! I’m so glad they are still here! I was surprised to see reviews about the food lacking flavor. I do not agree with this. They are not a gourmet restaurant. They serve healthy food and they have large portions. The prices are competitive for the area. The store is clean and the owners are very nice people. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick healthy meal!“

Their fries are outstanding - I asked for them extra crispy and each one had a nice crunch to it. Gyro sandwich was very good and fresh. The only improvement I’d suggest is that they actually ROLL it (like the picture on their menu) in paper foil so it’s easy to eat. Instead they fold it in half on a paper plate and wrap that in foil which requires some reconstruction.But I’ll definitely be back, great neighborhood spot for a quick bite!“
