It’s hard to believe they don’t contain gluten because the texture and flavor are identical to traditional shortbread. Buttery, perfectly balanced, and rich without being too sweet. If no one told you they were gluten-free, you’d never guess. Absolutely outstanding product that somehow defies the laws of baking!“

“The cannolis here are INCREDIBLE... 10/10!!! The cookies are pretty good, too, as they are not overly sweet and go perfectly with coffee or tea. However, their mini cakes are not the best, which is why I'm docking a star. I ordered a mini tiramisu which was dry and seemed to have a frosting layer rather than a creamy mascarpone, which was disappointing. Overall, awesome bakery! I would just say to avoid the mini cakes.“
