Usually live Toku but this time when I went for lunch the shrimp spring roll was not very good. The shrimp was watery and rubbery. The tuna on the crispy rice was also lackluster during my lunch. That being said the atmosphere and service was top notch.

Based on the reviews, Toku offers amazing food and a lively atmosphere. The rock shrimp tempura is amazing and a must try, along with the pork buns. The sushi is impeccable, and the best Lyche Martini is available. The atmosphere is extremely lively with a NYC vibe, and the bar is very large. The restaurant is humongous, and parking is always easy. The food and service are always good, with professional, friendly, and experienced staff. While some experiences with the host staff and phone hold times have been difficult, once past these issues, the service and food are good. Toku is great for a girls night out, birthday celebration, or a family dinner, as they accommodate active children by sitting in a booth and getting food out quicker. It is by far one of the favorite restaurants on Long Island, always a 10/10 experience and a guaranteed good time.
