The woman preparing the bagels was miserable. I had my twin 4 year olds and they wanted to pick their own bagels. I had to lift them above the level of the counter so they could choose. She loooked up and said, “Move down to the counter to order.” I responded with “Ok, they just like to pick out their own first.” She then said, “There is a list at the counter.” I had to remind her my 4 year olds don’t read and like to visibly see what they’re choosing....read full review
I have been trying to find a REAL bagel shop. Mostly no one does pumpernickel bagels.I went to Brueggers Bagels Bakery for the first time last week. I finally found the best place to get bagels.I made one with cream cheese for my husband at work and he loved them!They are so fresh and we were hooked.Thanks for what you do!Parking: I had no problem with parking.

Overall, Bruegger's is better than Dunkin when it comes to bagels and sandwiches. The bagels are made fresh on site and there's a much larger selection of bagels, cream cheeses and sandwich ingredients.Pro tip: always order on the app. The app includes a free coffee with every order.
