“Wonderful! In the mood for a casual meal, we decided to try the bistro. We had been to the Bellmore location and were very pleased. The mushroom Bisque was excellent, the cauliflower appetizer was perfect, and the Loco Moco burger was wonderful. For dessert we had the brownie sundae and Bavarian crème churros. Outstanding! I’m an IPA guy but they were out(which is a good thing in my opinion, means they’re not getting lazy and brewing the same thing all the time) but I got to try an amazing Saison and wonderful Stout. “Great neighborhood family owned italian restaurant. It always so enjoyable eating at Eliza's. Chef makes great food and always has great specials to choose from each night. We started we baked clams and needed to ask for more bread to soak up all that delicious sauce. We both decided on pasta for dinner and both were great choices. I went with pasta rollo which was rolled up fresh lasagna. After seeing similar dishes online I always wanted to try it glad they had it and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed her pasta with chicken & broccoli. Since it was Tuesday they have pasta night and both dishes came with a nice salad.“

I tried the gluten free churro waffle bites, which were divine, and GF Tuscan eggs Benedict. There was also a decent sized vegan menu! Their specialty lattes were delicious. The only issue is that it is so big you can get lost. There are maps all over the mall, but if you can't read them, bring someone with you who can. There used to be paper maps as well that you could take with you around the mall, but they stopped making them. You can get a digital version on your phone, though.“

“A fun place for lunch and dinner. I was a bit hesitant bring my son who is 3yo, because you just never know if he's having a good day or bad day. But I decided to take the risk and bring him on a mini date because there's only so many visits this mommy can take to Chik-fil-A and it turned out great. He was on his good behavior and tried the mushroom risotto, which I told him was cheesy rice with my short rib and he has a cheese burger and fries. They did forget to put cheese on his burger which he was quick to point out but that was a quick fix, the staff was quick to melt a slice of cheese on his burger and brought it back out quick. My only semi-compliant was a side was small sweet potato smash was $12 which was the same cost of his burger and fries. Otherwise, everything was great, staff was attentive and we had a fun time. After reading some negative reviews together we decided to try it out for ourselves. I must say I don’t agree with any of them. The staff was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was very nice, I’m not sure what some people meant by the vibe seeming “fake” but I definitely didn’t feel that way. They had pretty good food options for breakfast and lunch and an assortment of pastries as well. For the reviews about the owner, I didn’t talk to him myself but I heard him talking to staff and other customers and he seemed like a very normal dude. The entire experience was amazing.The owner is super accommodating, even letting me switch the date or the event last minute and change the number of people. They gave us ample space to set up food, desserts, and have more than enough seating for our guests.The bartender was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. He even came to sweep our area before our event started after we dropped some decorations on the floor.There was a live band that everyone enjoyed, from the younger guests to the older guests. The games also kept the kids entertained.This place was exactly what we were looking for and it was perfect for everyone who attended, from the 4 year old up to the 78 year old. “The restaurant is in a low traffic area and seems to do decent with takeout. I haven't seen anyone sit down yet each time I went. Restaurant looks pretty clean and full of space. The folk working here are pretty nice. Portion sizes are either lunch or dinner size for your platters. Even the lunch size is a good size portion enough for one person. The dinner size is enough for two people. When we ordered the lunch size for gyro, we had a choice of either a salad or a soup for the first side which is separate from the gyro and there is a second side that goes along with the gyro, so you can pick one of the following fries, rice, lemon potatoes or grilled vegetables. The container is filled about 80% full with grilled pita. When we ordered the dinner size for gyro, its the same as lunch but you can pick two of the sides that go along the gyro. This is effectively filling your container all the way to the top at 100% filled with grilled pita. Recently it appears they increased this to up to three sides, but I imagine they will just reduce the portion size of each side if you pick three but would still fill the container full. The Greek salad is good and the soups we tried were also good. The gyros and chicken souvlaki were on point.“

“How have I NEVER been to SoBol before?! I was inspired to go get a bowl by a friend that has posted about her snack so I literally hopped in my car and zipped over to the Plainview location. What a gorgeous place! It was so clean and spacious! I was planning to carry out but I absolutely plan to come back to sit & eat. The young girl behind the counter was SO kind and helpful. I got the kids size spirulina bowl and oh my gosh WOW. It was SO flavorful. The fruit was really delicious & there was no fishy flavor that spirulina sometimes has! One bummer was that I asked for chocolate chips to be added & she forgot to add them but it was still a 10/10 so it didn't impact my enjoyment or eating!“
