“I quite like the place, but honestly the burger was way overdone. Another person at my table ordered the French onion soup, and it was a bit small for $10. The beer is great, and I've had the specials previously and those were great, so maybe I just ordered wrong. Still better than anything else nearby though”

“Went on an amazing first date last night. Darcy and Adam were nothing short of fantastic hosts from phone reservation to allowing us to try food we had never tasted before, to amazing entrees. My short rib grilled cheese and her kimchi burger was fantastic. The aesthetic and ambiance reminded me of a warm heated cabin in the Colorado wilderness. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a bigger celebration next time! 10/5 stars.”

“We ordered off the catering menu for our hockey team and they delivered right on time to our hotel, food was all hot and fresh and came with everything we needed. Thank you for a positive experience and good meal!”

“Stopped in after dinner out for a couple drinks with friends. Was pleasantly surprised. Very unassuming from the outside, but very clean and welcoming inside. Super friendly bartender, touch tunes, pool and darts. Other patrons also friendly. Will definitely make this a regular stop.”

“4 orders in a row, they've messed up a simple sub. Steak and cheese with ONLY onions , NOTHING else. McDonald's does a better job🤦‍♀️ Up at 3 am and go out for my only meal at 7 pm, but, not eating it. Call and was informed we will have to wait for a refund. Listening to a customer's order, when not busy, should be an easy enough task. Will NOT be using nor recommending them! **Update** called and reported the mess up and wanting a refund. Was told someone would call me the next day, have still heard nothing!”

If I didn’t live on another continent, I’d probably be a regular.”

“My son and I have eaten here a few times. Excellent diner food at reasonable prices. I had the open face turkey sandwich with fries. My son had lasagna. They make the fries fresh, which is hard to find these days.

We didn't have dessert on this day, but the apple pie at Via Main is some of the best you'll ever have. I can't recommend it enough.

Parking: There's a big parking lot next to the restaurant.”

“My husband and I were visiting from out of town (I am originally from Massena) and we went in to see a band. Well, what a PLEASANT surprise! The drinks were cheap, service was EXCELLENT (thanks to Jess (manager), Darby, Michelle, and Juanita!!!! Food is better than excellent!!!! Try their specialty poutine or any of their calzones (size of a small child 😝)!!! Tasted awesome! Give this place a try if you’re looking for a fun time and great food!!!”

“I went there yesterday (10/11) around 5pm. Amazing service! I was traveling all day and stopped to grab a few things and was very hungry. The guy that was making the food was fast, really friendly and gave the best service I’ve ever had at a subway. His name was Addison I believe, best sub ever, perfectly crafted and very fast. I felt welcome and appreciated as soon as I stepped up. 10/10 best subway experience ever.”

“Everything is made to perfection. The staff is awesome. They know me, and what I drink. The place is kept super clean. My suggestion would be more delivery days offered. Maybe a couple hours each day .. And the new ordering system is not convenient at all. I don't think I would ever place an order thru there. It's too confusing. Just the way it's organized. No I have to search thru the whole inventory or list of items before I get to the one I like ... other than that, I love this place!”

“This is my local Tim’s and I’m a regular. Love it! The breakfast menu has a bunch of excellent options. All very tasty. My go to is the grilled farmers wrap w/bacon and sausage. Coffee is always fresh and delicious and I love that they air fry their hash browns as opposed to deep frying.

“Way better than Potsdam. The manager in Potsdam has a chip on her shoulder. I order food here and it's hot, correctly made and delicious. Potsdam is horrible and needs to get trained by this store. Highly recommend and will return because the Potsdam store is crap.”
