“4 orders in a row, they've messed up a simple sub. Steak and cheese with ONLY onions , NOTHING else. McDonald's does a better job🤦‍♀️ Up at 3 am and go out for my only meal at 7 pm, but, not eating it. Call and was informed we will have to wait for a refund. Listening to a customer's order, when not busy, should be an easy enough task. Will NOT be using nor recommending them! **Update** called and reported the mess up and wanting a refund. Was told someone would call me the next day, have still heard nothing!”

“Stopped in after dinner out for a couple drinks with friends. Was pleasantly surprised. Very unassuming from the outside, but very clean and welcoming inside. Super friendly bartender, touch tunes, pool and darts. Other patrons also friendly. Will definitely make this a regular stop.”

“I got the works calzone - a medium. I Huuuuge! Would love it if you made personal sized ones that are small. I gotta watch my waistline. I will say I was really impressed with the quality and flavors - absolutely delicious. There is a mixture of ricotta and mozzarella inside the calzone with different veggies. The calzone crust stayed crispy for at least a half hour and didn’t get soggy. So far best Italian food I’ve had in the North Country. People appreciate it when a restaurant today actually makes really good food.”

“My son and I have eaten here a few times. Excellent diner food at reasonable prices. I had the open face turkey sandwich with fries. My son had lasagna. They make the fries fresh, which is hard to find these days.

We didn't have dessert on this day, but the apple pie at Via Main is some of the best you'll ever have. I can't recommend it enough.

Parking: There's a big parking lot next to the restaurant.”

“Stopped in after work for a beer and ordered food from out front. Cold beer, pool table, friendly bartender and good food. Bottle, draft and quite a selection of liquor.”

“I went there yesterday (10/11) around 5pm. Amazing service! I was traveling all day and stopped to grab a few things and was very hungry. The guy that was making the food was fast, really friendly and gave the best service I’ve ever had at a subway. His name was Addison I believe, best sub ever, perfectly crafted and very fast. I felt welcome and appreciated as soon as I stepped up. 10/10 best subway experience ever.”

“The menu is excellent and the food is well-crafted yet the service is cozy and friendly. The chef has created a balanced experience with every dish we have tried so far and the pastries are as enormous as they are delicious. The staff is friendly and super courteous while the decor is inviting and the atmosphere is like youre sitting down with friends. Wether you wanna sit down, pick up or grab something for the runtheyve got it. They also have great pup-cakes for the pooches that my dogs loved. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I LOVE 3TK Massena! the staff know me and already know exactly what I like, they’re always so friendly and welcoming they make the environment so inviting. If I have any questions or if I’m looking for any advice on what to get they’re very helpful and accommodating. My personal favorite is Just Peachy, which was recommended to me from one of the staff, also the peanut butter balls are delicious! Lit Teas have become a part of my daily routine I highly recommend trying them out!”
