“Best hero's around & egg sandwiches. The Manhattan is great roast beef on garlic bread melted mozzarella and Gravy also the Big Steer is another go to for me but you won't be disappointed with anything you get . If you're in town and need something to eat this is the place.“

“Been going here since I moved to Mastic Beach in 2019. Breakfast is always incredible and bagels are always fresh and made throughout the morning. Today I ordered a BEC and a BLTC each on bagels. Upon arrival I saw the largest fluffy egg bagels, had to get one with the veggie cream cheese (which is better than most) great decision. After paying I commented on them having soups behind the counter which is apparently new. Without hesitation he gave me a small to try. Tough to find family friendly service these days and I'm very glad it's in a local business down the block from my house. Thank you Manhattan Bagel“

“My hubs grew up in Mastic and no trip home is complete until we get a TJ's Hero. We often get complete a breakfast run and a lunch or dinner run - sometimes in the same day! WE love TJ's it's been his favorite since his HS days and it never disappoints! Quality meats, excellent breads and friendly/awesome service will keep us coming back again and again. PLEASE TJ's open a satellite location in PA we would come all the time! LOL!“

“ive been going here for over 3 years now. the staff have always been AMAZING and the food is so yummy! i love their buffalo chicken salad, i get it everytime! one thing that does bother me is the pricing, it is a bit expensive. besides that, i cannot complain!“

“After drinking to much the night before while at work I was looking for a deli. This place was a site for sore eyes. When I walked in I was instantly greeted and the lady took my order, within 5 minutes I had my bacon egg and cheese. Very generous with the bacon and the eggs were cooked extremely well. Never have been here but was treated like I was a regular. Really good people and exceptional food. I will definitely be back if I’m passing through. Thank you for revitalizing me.“

“The food here is terrific! I got a sandwich here the other day and it was fabulous, ordered through doordash. I just wish the menu was more extensive because I would have liked to have ordered other stuff like macaroni salad, potato salad, cole slaw or muffins, but they're not listed on the menu. Well, the sandwiches are super tasty, especially the turkey & cheese.“

“This is the only deli that cooked my over easy eggs correctly since I've been on NY... these are the nicest people you want to meet ... very very friendly and inviting... besize that the breakfast sandwiches are off the chain... if you're in the area and/or passing by... check them out... you will not be sorry ...hot and fresh always and reasonable too“

“Every time I come here I wish I lived closer! I come here occasionally for lunch when I visit customers in this area and it’s one of the best delis I’ve ever been to. There is a big menu with a lot of great choices and creative sandwiches and the food has been excellent every time I’ve come here!On top of that, this place is like the Cheers of delis. There must be a lot of local businesses and the “regulars” come in and the deli workers all know them by name and know their orders and it has a real nice family and friendly feel to it. Today I forgot to ask for my sandwich to be hot so I asked the guy behind the counter to microwave it and he instead took it to the grill in the back because he didn’t want to ruin a good sandwich by microwaving it. The service and people here are awesome! It really makes me wish I could come here more, but I totally enjoy it when I do!!“

“There are plenty of options. If you want fresh Dominican food. This is my number one spot go to. Serving portions won't leave you hungry. When I don't feel like cooking, this is my go-to place. I'm Puerto Rican, and I can say this place reminds me of my South Bronx days. The only thing missing here are the alcapurias, and they'll be set ? ? ?. But all jokes aside prices are very reasonable. I don't understand why they don't open a restaurant. But yes, you won't be disappointed.“

“This place has really improved with the cooking and with the layout of the store the owners seem to care but the location is just a poor location because you always find riff raff throughout the store that seems to be the case when I go anyway I used to go to store all the time but not anymore too many badd people come in-and-out I try to stay away if I don't have to go..“

“This is one of my favorite delis. The staff is always friendly, it is very clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious. If you are looking for the best egg sandwich on a roll, you can find it at Ramsey's! Every day, they offer hot dishes to eat in or take out. I work right next door and have been a dedicated customer for 5 years. My only problem is, my job is relocating to Melville and I wish I could bring this deli with me!“

“Abby's deli is a good deli the owner Abby is so so nice makes me feel welcome there and makes great sandwiches and everything else I get.. just to worn you the other lady that works there has a bad attitude she makes bad sandwiches uses the hard ends of a chicken cutlet that are hard and rubbery everything she makes I throw it out. Next time I'm going to just ask for Abby or I'll leave. If it wasn't for Abby I wouldn't be a customer there.“

“the old fashion deli is getting harder and harder to find these days between all the "gourmet" delis and Hispanic delis . I enjoy both but sometimes you just want a traditional hero . I got the American hero and it was stacked and satisfied my hunger and then some when i was on the road that day. I will be back .“

“The place looks like a hole in the wall but you will not regret eating there. The tacos are absolutely delicious! For the most part very authentic, loaded with amazing flavor. The burritos are big and on point! Do not hesitate to get a taco or even the hot food being served here. It’s going to be delicious“
