First, the bagels are ok. The staff at the counter, specifically the old bitty is arrogant. To argue with a paying customer to put my pin number in, when it wasn't needed. You will not be getting my business. I would have given no stars, but I had to choose one to send.

Have loved the bagels for over 20 years. have often brought them out to them
since i won’t be out there for a while thought it Would be a nice surprise. didn’t mind paying well over 50 dollars for the dozen bagels. when they didn’t arrive by the second day tracked them to vegas?.. tried contacting the store many times leaving all kinds of messages. never got any meaningful response the moldy bagels finally...read full review
Ordered bagels/lox/cream cheese for family that had many relatives in for funeral and it never showed.
No where on the order did it say they didn’t deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
