“Great local stop. Wings were great...should have been on list via social media as some of best of Long Island. They do lack social media, ie Instagram. They could benefit from that. “Went sat nite with another couple and had wonderful experience . Wish other places would take notice how to provide services and good food ! Table ready at said time of reservation . Nice round table . Offered drink menus etc as we sat down . Waitress was exceptional . As we sat down we were presented with a basket full of fresh baked soft pretzels . Now they give these for free and more if we asked and now I have been to many similar type places that have the GIANT pretzel for 15$ . Really ? We get our own here complimentary . Ordered if I remember correctly two steak sandwiches , 1 chicken burrata , 1 vodka with meatballs and 2 tuna bowls . Steal sandwiches cooked perfectly medium rare as requested (not over cooked and tuff at other places) bread was soft and warm and cut in thirds ( how thoughtful ) . Chicken burrata was a hefty plate of food that my buddy didn't finish but was Deelish . The vodka pasta with meatballs was also excellent the sauce had great consistency not runny or watery and 4 large meatballs most and mouthwatering ! I sampled one bc my kid couldn't finish ! (My finicky nephew would have ) . The women ordered the tuna Bowls they said the tuna was cooked properly but the accompanying stuff that is supposed to make up the bowl was disappointing ( they would get sonething else next time ) Only glitch was we ordered a salad to share as appetizer and it never came and the waitress was truly apologetic . Not the end of world! We were stuffed for dessert but my kid was disappointed they removed the camp fire cook at table s'mores dessert ( she loved it in the past ) . That was made up for with the tremendous offering of pink cotton candy for table complimentary ! Who doesn't like a little cotton candy . So to recap free pretzels , great food offering , great service and free dessert and of course great company equals wonderful evening . Will be back sooner than later !“
“I have been here twice and both times I had an amazing time! The food here is great! I have had the brisket sandwich, the steak tidbit sandwich and the French dip sandwich, all comes with French fried that are so deliciously yummy as well. I will most definitely be coming back and trying out the rest of the menu! Stay tuned for more!“
“The aroma of beef and bacon was so amazing walking down Main street, we had to pop in for a quick bite while running some errands. So glad we did. The staff was helpful and attentive. The cocktail menu was clever as well as festive. The menu has all the right snacks and hand helds for one or a group. The events board has something posted for every day of the week. We had the Drunk Chicken Sammy with sweet potato tots and the We're Jammin Burger with battered fries. The vodka sauce with burrata elevated the chicken to the next level. Fig jam and candied bacon on the burger was on point. I will definitely partake in snacks the next time we are there for HH.“
“Quaint little bar with great wing and drink specials on Wednesdays and has been a quintessential part of the Wantagh bar scene for about as long as I can remember and even before that. You can always count on friendly faces and cold drinks but definitely be prepared to bump some elbows when it gets busy because it gets tight! Plenty of parking both in the from and back of the bar.“
“I really liked the sweet plantains but the churros were super small and came in the pieces but ice cream was large for no reason cause the churros were literally smaller than my fingers , I liked the the empanadas and the street corn a-lot , they’re were also kind enough to send some extra sauce that I asked for , they were super friendly on the phone .“

Liz is the best and was t there when I was there but these young kids bartenders needs to pay attention the older customers who will tip better if they are given better service . “Bayview tavern is truly tucked away in Seaford. It's a pretty unassuming spot but pretty good. Our server Carol was very nice and had a welcoming energy as people came into the place for lunch. Now this place didn't blow me away but also was pretty good for a very casual lunch. They have specials almost every weekday that run I believe all day in addition to happy hour special which are 3-6. My dad got the $5burger. It's a plain burger and additions are an up charge, even cheese which I feel like could maybe just come on it. The burger was a little bland but cooked very well and the bun was nice and fluffy. We got the chopped baked clams. Those were good. They were kinda cheesy which I've ever experienced. I liked those. I got the clam chowder and it was actually very good. It was kind of a mix between a New England and a Rhode Island. It wasn't quite a clear broth but not super creamy like the New England. It had a ton of clams. The oyster crackers they gave me were incredibly stale but could've been an oversight. Not somewhere I would go running back but maybe for their HH or something.“
“My husband, my one year old son, and I always come here! It's always something special or on a whim. We love the fact we can dine here and have an experience with little to no issues. We love having Juanito as our server! He's kind, professional, friendly and always makes the best drinks. He has really shown his personality with us and we sincerely appreciate that! To my embarrassment , my one year old knocked his food off the table and Juanito understood! As a new mom, things like that have us feeling so apologetic!! But I am appreciative that he was not annoyed and he also shared his experiences. He is always making us feel welcomed and I am so happy to write this review to praise him and his work ethic. “BK Sweeney's is a popular Long Island bar located in Garden City that offers classic American bar fare. During my recent visit, the 'BKS Angus Steakhouse Burger' stood out as a winner for me. It was perfectly cooked, though the fries were a bit bland. However, the service wasn't great - our waitress not only ignored us throughout the entire meal, but also forgot to bring out all three of our appetizers. When we raised it to her attention, she asked if we wanted to take them to-go...who would ever want to get charged and take them to-go? We ended up canceling them entirely. You might be curious about my 4-star rating for this restaurant. Despite this recent hiccup, my previous visits to BK Sweeney's were issue free. I believe it is not fair to penalize the entire business for the actions of one waitress. I'll definitely be returning soon to give it another go.“

“Their corn / seafood chowder is my favorite soup ever !! They have won the Chowder Fest for the last few years. Their crab cakes, mussels , lobster rolls are always excellent. I have to watch what I eat as I am allergic to calamari and can't eat anything cooked with it , even in the same frying basket, and they always make sure I'm safe !! Everything is fresh and delicious and Heidi, the bartender is excellent ! All of the staff , when I am there has always been great and Hughie the owner , runs a great restaurant . Also in the summer when the outside Tiki Bar is open and there is live music, it's always wonderful .“
“One of the staples of Long Beach. Real cool, retro, beachy sports bar with good food. Billy is the man and he's always around. Bartenders are always friendly. They serve food late. Big round bar with all the tv's and games on. Menu is diverse, they got tex Mex stuff, awesome wings, burgers, tidbits. They have sandwiches and quesadillas and other entrees. Great place to go catch a game and have wings and beers or just go out to eat and have a laid back quality meal.“
“I love the food and the prices. We go for the lobster roll and I used to get the fried clams quite often. Now, I'm switching over to their grilled items, and I know they won't disappoint. “Neighborhood bar / pubThe Newbridge Inn has been kicking it for a long time now and it has a faithful following of locals that keep the place rocking.Been here a number of times over the years and well, never had a bad experience.Great drinks and bartenders and better than average food are available at the bar.The unexpected and ridiculously good white pizza w onions was a most pleasant surprise- who would have expected such a delight from a place where the typical app is wings or nachos?There is some outdoor space in the rear and the only downside to the place is that parking can be hard to come by - you'll have to park directly on busy Jerusalem ave.Definitely give it a shot - worth a trip just for the pizza“
