“Not a bad subway. Employees were friendly but for some reason whenever I try to use my "rewards card" to earn points for money off future orders the card never works according to them. And I didn't get my points even though I tried swiping the card twice. Also pretty small place not much room for seating.

Parking: Parking is pretty close.“

“I placed my order through the app and mentioned I was in the restaurant for 30 minutes I waited they never called out my name or order number. So I got a cold burger... after asking where is my order. But their mozzarella sticks are amazing.“

Behind the counter are very pleasant, bilingual folks who will explain any dishes and answer any questions you might have. There are no shoortcuts taken in the kitchen. This is down home, MaMa-made-it, delicious stuff. Not familiar with hispanic dishes? Doesn't matter!! Try the soups, try anything - it's all perfectly seasoned and very reasonably priced. Delivery brings it down to four stars, sadly. Somethings always missing, unfortunately. “I have to write this review because everyone is quick to make a bad review but seldom give credit for the GOOD when it's due! I made an impromptu stop for my two year old who was cranky and hungry. My hands were full with him and an extremely thoughtful manager went out of his way to give him a kids toy and my son was so happy. I'm literally in awe as I feel this is rare and I truly appreciated his kind gesture. Also want to add that the food was hot, the restaurant area spotless and the staff was extremely friendly and prompt. Whoever runs this location should be proud of their employees. Thank you for making this busy mom's pit stop a pleasant experience.“

“The presentation of the food was picture perfect! Our food was hott & fresh, my daily double was presented as a restaurant style burger. Our fires were golden fried & salted to perfection...The things I feel could be improved on are as follows: The drink & condiment station were removed which is a total inconvenience..To the fact that if you need more ketchup, napkins, or drink refills you have to go back to the counter & ask..Also it seems that no matter the time or location that you go to the ice cream machine is out of service..Ending on a positive note, the staff The staff was well informed about the menu items & mindful to our requests. “I’ve been coming here since the original owners 25 years ago. The wonderful people who took over the restaurant after they sold it made it even better. Especially when we came back from Covid it seems they had upped their menu. They did things a little different and they were all for the better. “This review has been a long time coming. I have to say I really love this place. Always clean and very friendly staff. I have never left disappointed.They listen and my orders are ALWAYS what I ask for. I get home and I am happy. There are 2 of the staff that I usually ask for and go to. They already know what I want because I order the same thing every time I come in. There is one whose name I dont know but he has helped me the same as my 2 regulars. But they are all good and I appreciate them all. The manager Marlon is FANTASTIC. Very friendly and he takes time to listen to what I want in my order and he has not let me down yet. I am impressed with his customer service especially because he is the manager and works with the crew just like he is one of those that he supervises. Great manager. Bayron is the other member of the staff. Depending on the time of day I come I see him. Great member of the staff and he listens just like Marlon does. There is another young man and I dont know his name but he is a just as good. I am sure all of the staff are great and it shows because of the leadership. Has to be a great place to work because it shows in their customer service. Custome Service is EVERYTHING. But I wanted to leave a good review for this location because of my experience here.“
