“360 East Review There truly are not enough adjectives to describe how incredible this place is. My husband and I were married on 10/18/2019 - the day was absolutely perfect and we owe so much of it to Doug and the staff at 360 East at Montauk Downs. For starters, there is no doubt the venue is absolutely stunning - we were out greeting our guests during cocktail hour and right after a congratulations, our guests immediately said how beautiful the venue was. The food was fantastic, and not just “good for wedding food” it really was delicious. We had guests come up to us while we were dancing to say how delicious their dinner was - even the next day I had people going on about how good the food was. We heard the most about the steak with the Gorgonzola crust and the empanadas (if you’re on the fence for doing cocktail hour upgrades - do it, it was worth every penny). When my husband and I walked into the bridal suite to grab some food during cocktail hour - I was in the middle of eating an empanada saying when I think of our wedding day this will be a top moment. Speaking of upgrades, our guests loved their NY pretzel at the end of the night everyone said it was such a nice way to end the night! The staff was on point, friendly, and professional. The bartenders were awesome - between our Irish families and crazy friends they somehow kept the lines down and the guests happy. I even had guests compliment how fast they were and how strong their drinks were. The maitre d, John, was fantastic and so helpful for us during the night. The bridal attendant, Jasmine, couldn’t have been sweeter - she helped prepare me to walk down the aisle, bustled my dress, and even fixed my bustle when it broke. Last but not least, Doug, the manager, was phenomenal. We truly can’t thank him enough. Because of him our wedding went perfectly. There is no doubt Doug is a professional, knows exactly what he is doing, and genuinely cares so much about his job and making sure his bride and groom are happy- we took so many of his recommendations and we are SO glad we did because I’m not sure the day wouldn’t have went so smooth if we didn’t. I’m blown away at how well everything went. The only hiccup we had (which wasn’t a fault of any vendor or staff member) was I had lost my bouquet at the ceremony site. When we arrived at the venue I started to cry because my grandfathers handkerchief was inside - Doug wasted no time contacting our photographer and trolley driver to see if they had seen it. After no luck, Doug immediately got in his car and drove to the ceremony site. He returned in no time and found the bouquet, he truly went above and beyond. Doug if you read this, thank you again - you’re the best. I wish I could relive this day it was a dream and it was absolutely perfect - if you’re considering getting married at this venue you won’t regret it and you’ll be in the best hands. When you see the same staff year in and out it screams volumes about how Dave and Julie treat those that work for them. Everything there is a 10 AND then there is the Chocolate Bag...OMG!!!“
