“This place doesn't miss, EVER! Grab a dart and throw it at the menu and you'll be loving whatever it hits.
The chicken or lamb halal with rice is top tier. Start here and you'll be texting your friends to get it. The white sauce GODDAMN! And the red sauce (for me) is very spicy but so delicious!
Chop cheese, chop pastrami, chicken cheesesteak, Philly cheesesteak all amazing. It doesn't matter just go here and get something anything already, you wont be disappointed.“

“I am orginally from NJ where Taylor ham is king. The Taylor ham egg and cheese sandwich here is the best breakfast sandwich in my bias opinion and the cook makes it to perfection. 4 slices of thick Taylor ham hand sliced and cooked well, 2 fried eggs that are not over cooked and a substatial amount of cheese on a good hard roll. the sandwich itself is heavy and will slow you down but its amazing. I am glad I found this spot its a rare find.“

“I moved to the area 38 years ago and Maisie’s was already a well established business. I’ve been coming here for breakfast sandwiches and lunch sporadically ever since then. For breakfast it’s always a bacon egg and cheese on a whole wheat wrap with a little bit of ketchup and it’s always perfect. For lunch it’s always a honey ham and Swiss on a hard roll with lettuce and a little bit of mayonnaise and it’s always perfect. They have rolled through owners throughout the years and yet, regardless of who has been running the place, it has been my go to when I need to take my meal to go. It’s not fancy but it’s convenient and gets the job done. By the way, it is very hard to find a deli in the area that has either honey ham or Virginia ham. Most delis around here only stock boiled ham. In my opinion, if the only kind of ham you have on hand is boiled, you have no business calling yourself a delicatessen. This place has honey ham.“

“Have stopped in here now and then for years. It's a fairly small deli with not the best parking. It being adjacent to the postoffice can make it not the easiest to get in and out of. This is especially true since the post office closed the other entrance/exit because of the bridge update Made visibility very poor, creating a hazard. So it can be tight getting in and out for parking. But not drastically so.I like the front porch area. It gives it a homey feel. The inside is dated because in reality, it is an older building. The deli itself is more of a no frills deli. They do not have a large assortment of items. They tend to stay on a smaller scale and concentrate more on their prepared food. I have had numerous sandwiches both breakfast and lunch type. I have never had a bad sandwich over many years. But to be fair, some are better than others.I have sat to meet friends and have coffee and a bite at one of the two or three tables they have for their customers. Again, it's a small deli. But the lack of product choices allows for being able to sit and have coffee and a bite to eat. It is a nice trade off compared to busier deli's.All in all it's a nice little deli. From my experience this is not a politically correct type of place. As such people feel welcome no matter what they believe . If you're OK with that, you might like it. If only your opinions matter, maybe not.“
