It was ok.
McDonald's tastes the same everywhere you go. If you've eaten it one before you know what to expect. I was starving during a road trip so I stopped in for a McDouble and a Dr. Pepper.
McDonald's used to be a fun place to visit as a kid, but lately they've gotten into this minimalist design aesthetic that just feels cold and sterile in a corporate sort of way. It's just not inviting anymore. I couldn't wait to get out of there to get back on the road.
