“My husband and I went to Chick Fil A in Plattsburgh at 10:42 a.m. so impressed by Bianka S in terms of friendliness, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Our food was excellent!!!!! We do not wish to visit any other fast food place except Chick Fil A. We travel from Vermont just to have a great meal here!!! We were welcomed warmly and felt appreciated for our business! This is entirely unlike other fast food sites.”

My sisters 5-year old twins celebrated their birthday with 2 younger kids in tow, and as someone with a long history in the restaurant industry, this is an image that makes servers run for the hills. BUUUUUT, he handled our group of 8, with 4 kids with patience and grace and did a really good job. Attentive and timely and the kids loved chatting with him and complimenting their experience as well. We made sure to clean up our destruction from the table and made sure to tip extra because a party of 8 with 4 kids is tough. (Let that be a note for other customers!) Thank you so much for having us and giving the kids such a great experience!”

“Went today with my husband and had the best crepes and coffee. The owners are SUPER friendly and seem to really know their guests and make a effort to make you feel welcome. While there I watched them carry food out for 2 seperate people while holding the door open. It's really nice to see a place so caring to their customers. We will definitely be back!”

“Our first time at The Hungry Bear today. It was busy but both waitresses acknowledged us and we were served quickly. Breakfast was good, they even brought an extra egg to our table as one of the yolks was broken. That to me was exceptional customer service and not expected. Portions are big. Friendly staff. “I have never had a bad product from here. not one. It's so darned good it is dangerous to the wallet! Their cheesecakes have been my staple birthday cake of choice since well before they relocated to South Peru street . The Australian tea cake is famous for a good reason . They have the best cakes, cookies , donuts and pastries and I can't imagine anything being less than spectacular . Rambachs is an absolute must if you like delicious baked treats.”
