“We were not aware that dining in closed at 6:45pm and we arrived after that time. The owner was so kind and gracious and allowed us to eat in the dining room. Our appetizers and entrees were beyond delicious and the presentation was except. Each item was a work of art. The entire experience was amazing. “My husband, Anthony and I had our wedding at Snow Farm in October 2023 and we could not be happier with our decision. Nick was absolutely fantastic from day one and was determined to make magic moments happen for us and our loved ones. Anthony and I currently live out of state, so we did a lot of wedding planning remotely and the communication was seamless. Nick was flexible and very accommodate for when we were in town to make time to meet with us (and for when my parents would unexpectedly drop by). If you are looking for a one-stop wedding weekend venue, I can’t recommend Snow Farm enough! We rented Snow Farm Inn for the wedding weekend and hosted our rehearsal dinner in the tasting room / patio the night before. It made for a seamless experience for not only Anthony and I but our friends and family celebrating with us. We had a rainy October wedding day, and Nick and his team were quick to adapt to our ceremony site being moved from outside to under the tent, showed us where our wedding party could gather to still have that “wow” moment walking down the aisle (he even fluffed my veil and wedding train to make sure it was picture perfect). I think one of the most magical moments was when Nick removed the side paneling of the tent to expose the beautiful vineyard that was the backdrop of our ceremony. We still have friends and family talk about how amazing that moment was. So, if you have any worries about what happens if it rains, don’t be. Snow Farm is truly a family business, and it shows because you become family! We can’t thank Nick, Dave, Julie and all the dedicated staff members of Snow Farm for creating such a wonderful weekend. “We came from out of state visiting our friends, who brought us to the Blue Paddle. The restaurant looked like a large estate house with a lot of memories... I'd say this restaurant would be great for a quiet, romantic evening. I apologize for those two couples seated in the same room we were because we definitely broke the silence.The food was amazingly good, including one comment of 'best I've ever had'. I'd love to come back as a couple to enjoy the food again and 'feel' the vibes from that building.”

“This place is a delightful culinary adventure. It took me a very short time to realize that they have a dish for everyone in my party. Ishaque (Isac) the Chef is always present and willing to help and answers my questions when I want to try something new. The value is great too. “I have lived in the Chittenden county area for years and have tried just about every Chinese restaurant in the area. Volcano Asian Cuisine is genuinely one of the best. My girlfriend is quite the sushi lover and she thinks the sushi here is the best in Chittenden county, if not all of Vermont. Everything else we have tried (crab rangoons, lo mein, won ton soup, fried rice) were excellent. It’s definitely one of our three favorite chinese restaurants in Chittenden county, along with Oriental Wok (Essex) and Yummy (Colchester).”

“Quaint little diner and bakery with excellent food and personable service.we ordered breakfast after an overnight stay in the area and the portions were very good/we left full! But not before the bakery counter caught our attention and we had to come home with several sweet treats. We’d definitely revisit next time we’re in the area. Oh, plus they offer a veterans and first responder discount.Parking: Huge parking lot and well plowed (we came over a snow storm). Plus they have outdoor dining during better weather.”

“The hub has great service from all of the employees if they don’t know how to make a drink they’ll take suggestions to make the customer happy. The food is absolutely amazing!! Frannie is a great cook and she’ll make everything the way you want it even better than Burger King. I just ate a burger with all the fixings and not dry! It was so freaking good!!”

“Perfect hot, cozy meal and dark beers on a windy, rainy day. Outstanding porter paired beautifully with gooey mushroom mac and cheese. The coffee is HOT and complements the toffee cake with bourbon cream perfectly. All this was served up quickly by super friendly folks. Would happily return for a night at the pub and a sleep at the inn.”

First, great beer selection. 2-their beer is high quality...and then some. 3-this is a no frills brewery; it's about the beer-no televisions, no promotional advertisement's (though they might do promo nights-I do not know), clientele was cheery and engaging (good "craic" as The Irish say and awesome personnel.4-Now, I only know of one employee (small sample size). Simon was a very attentive, friendly, tolerant barkeep, and practiced the willingness to partake in a bit of harmless rhetorical fun.5-But down to "brass tacks." This is a cool place to enjoy great brew. I found out from a neighbor of the area that the place was founded and owned by a former high school teacher. Come on, you can't go wrong!”

“I’ve only had authentic Mexican food a handful of times, but can say that based on those experiences Casa Real is on target! Great flavor, not too spicy or salty, and enormous portion sizes. We had to wait about 30 mins for a table at 6pm on a Saturday, but the service from the minute we sat down until we left was spectacular. Highly recommend!”
