“My husband and I went to Chick Fil A in Plattsburgh at 10:42 a.m. so impressed by Bianka S in terms of friendliness, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Our food was excellent!!!!! We do not wish to visit any other fast food place except Chick Fil A. We travel from Vermont just to have a great meal here!!! We were welcomed warmly and felt appreciated for our business! This is entirely unlike other fast food sites.“

“I just had the best customer service experience for a takeout order. As someone who works in the industry, I know sometimes takeout orders aren’t always priority. The new manager Jade answered with the friendliest voice, she offered additional items that I was inclined to try and did order, and then also informed me of deals then ended up saving me money. What an absolute pleasure! I asked how I could tip her personally, but since it was door dash it wasn’t possible. I intend to tip her in person on my next visit, but in the meantime I’ll give the tip of my appreciation! “It is all about the fries. Unfortunately our fries were soggy and cold. The parking area was clean, with plenty of parking available. The inside was standard for McDonald's, with the cleanliness of the restrooms being just ok. The service was extremely slow, we waited at the counter for somebody to take our order. After several moments, we gave up only to use the very dirty kiosk. It took a long while to get our soggy fries. But by the time that we discovered that they were soggy and cold, we were already on the highway.“

“First time trying Jersey Mikes today. It was noontime so they were busy, but the line moves quickly due to an amazing staff who all have a job and do it efficiently. The staff is super friendly. The subs are absolutely delicious and the bread…the best! Next time we will order regular size. These subs are so filling, we have leftovers for a second meal. So glad you came to our area. “I gave 5 stars including atmosphere even though it's a fast food restaurant. This one went above & beyond with service and our food was probably the best we ever had at any McDonald's!! I think the manager's name is Scott. He took and delivered our order to our table...I asked if I could add my free fries from the app even though I had my drink on the original order...he delivered them to our table...they came out piping hot (no salt as we requested). My husband had a double quarter pounder with cheese (no mustard)...I asked him if it was hot (he likes his food HOT)...he said it was hot & juicy...the best one he ever had! I had my usual a McCrispy sandwich (no pickle)...hot and moist...excellent! He didn't forget my honey packets. I've been using honey on my chicken sandwich, nuggets & fries. Overall I have to say this was the BEST McDonald's visit EVER ☺️🥰. I also had a BOGO from filing out the survey on the receipt (from a previous visit)...if you're not using this tool which takes a couple of minutes to do the survey then you get a validation code that you write on the receipt and keep handy (car or wallet) and use on your next visit...ignore where it says it expires in 30 days...except our 1 location in NJ on 1 visit when the manager was not accepting ones that were too old...that was at least 4 years ago and never happened again. It's great to save money when you can...the app always has decent discounts and special deals. Next time we're passing by we will make a point of visiting this location in Peru, NY!!!“

“Shoutout to Rt 3 Subway! On a busy Saturday night I ordered for delivery. Almost 2 hours later the app said it should’ve been delivered 30 minutes prior, and hadn’t been. I called to check in and eventually cancel the order. The food was there ready despite DoorDash not assigning any drivers. When a driver showed up 20 minutes later, they called to let me know someone had showed up and that they were remaking my order so it would still arrive hot. Really appreciate them taking the time to help me out. Even though my food was later than expected, they did all they could to make sure I still had a good meal when it did arrive :)“

There is usually a multiple customers at a time when he is the only one in the front, he handles the pressure professionally and his customer service is always on point! “I want to give a shout-out to the African American gentleman who worked the drive thru at breakfast time during the summer. I would stop there before visiting my now deceased mother at the hospital. The hospital was a terrible environment, and I would literally dread going there. But that gentleman at the drive thru would always say something uplifting, which would make my horrific situation more tolerable. May God bless you, Sir. That's what you would always say to me.
