“I came here with the intention of just checking it out for a possible baker for my wedding cake. I met with Mena who is absolutely amazing. Her warmth, care and charisma just radiate. She helped my fiancé and I pick wedding cake flavors, made suggestions and gave us samples. Her Bavarian cream is out of this world. We ended up getting a lobster tail when we were leaving. I swear on everything I love that was the best thing I had in a LONG time. It was crisp, yet soft and as big as my hand filled from top to bottom with the Bavarian cream. I see why it’s so highly recommended and I’m upset it took me so long to come! This will now be my bakery of choice. I even watched her and all the staff interact and dish out the same warmth and to every customer that came it. I see why they are a staple in the community and I’m so excited for my new don’t cake. I will update with pics. Oh and most importantly the worked without budget, I felt relief when I left that I don’t have to look anymore. If you’re thinking of coming here don’t, just come. You won’t regret it.“

“My hubby and I popped in yesterday, and I am so glad we did. We bought a half-dozen cupcakes, and had fun picking out the flavors. (The options will make your mouth water!). He chose a few cookie dough cupcakes, while I got brownie, chocolate-covered strawberry, and vanilla with chocolate frosting cupcakes. I've only tasted the chocolate-covered strawberry one so far, and it was delicious. He didn't regret picking up multiple cookie dough cupcakes. We're looking forward to finishing our selections. “I've been coming to this location for year's, and I've experienced it transition from different owners. Thank God this new owner knows what he is doing. I ordered this cake last minute for my Christmas day dinner. I was expecting them to tell me that it was to short notice for them to have it ready by that date since I literally ordered it 4 day's before Christmas. But to my surprise they took my order and had it done on time. It was ready by the time I got there. The cake to say the least was exactly how I wanted it to be and looked stunning and well crafted. And it was nice and moist it tasted like pure vanilla so good and rich.“

Eliza is one of the kindest, most professional employees I’ve encountered at Cold Stone in Scarsdale. She always greets with a smile, stays patient, and truly cares about customers.

It’s upsetting to see adults leave condescending reviews just because she clarified they don’t serve rolled ice cream. Being a teenager doesn’t make her any less capable & she consistently goes above and beyond.
