“We often stop by this Baked By Melissa store in GSP. It is a small counter of take out only store. They have online pickup options as well. Different kinds of cake packs and sizes are displayed in front of the counter. The store usually has good inventory and variety of packs.

In recent months, they introduced individual small cakes instead of whole packs. They have 6-8 flavors on display. My daughter usually pick 4-5 flavors a for 6 pack. We love the tiny cakes. They are always fluffy and delicious. They stay good in the fridge up to a week after opening a pack.

Staff are always friendly and courteous. They also have membership benefits that includes special offers, birthday perks and few more good benefits.“

“I’m honestly obsessed with these cookies. They are incredibly delicious and so appetizing. What I love the most is that I’m usually not into sweets at all, but these are just perfect.

They’re not overly sweet — just the right balance. The almond flavor is so rich and comforting, and the cherry adds this slight sour touch that makes everything come together beautifully. It’s such an amazing combination.

“Ok, so let me start off with they gave me such great customer service! I had such a crazy week and they were incredibly patient and communicative.

The cake was amazing, beautifully done, delicious. The custard and fresh strawberries inside were refreshing and light. The buttercream wasn’t overwhelming but very delicate and airy. I am definitely going to order from here again.

You taste the quality of the ingredients and the love they put while cooking them. The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. They’re on the expensive side compared to other bakery, but once you compare you understand why… You taste the butter in everything! We have been to Oceanos several times for dinner and have never been dissappiointed and will for sure return again. “Steph’s Baking Boutique was recommended from a local page. I am from out of the area, but needed to order a cake for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. This was a perfect recommendation! Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond. For the toppers of the cupcakes I thought she would just do an icing decoration, but she added sugar cookies and they came out so cute and complimented our theme perfectly! Thank you again!“

“I ordered a Palermo’s Bakery wedding Cake for my New Jersey December 2023 wedding and tasting that cake with my husband was truly a slice of heaven! Not only did our cake look beautiful but it tasted delicious which I was honestly not expecting! I thought we3dding cakes just all looked beautiful, I didn’t realize they could taste this good! We had a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and CANOLLI cream filling which was AMAZING! I honestly still crave it to this day! This time, we chose the Strawberry Blonde, which comes with graham cracker pie crust, strawberries, caramel, and whipped topping. We ordered a medium size, and it was perfect for sharing with my husband.
