Right from the entrance, the customer service stood out—every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful. The kid-sized shopping carts were an instant hit, keeping our little one happily engaged while we explored the aisles.
A big reason we decided to visit was a recommendation comparing their soft-serve ice cream to the classic Mister Softee experience—giving you all that sweet childhood nostalgia without having to stand next to idling truck fumes. It delivered on that promise and then some.
Beyond the fun atmosphere, the product selection across the store is fantastic. We loaded up on several Stew Leonard’s brand items to bring home, and every single product has been top quality and delicious. “I wanted to leave a review because the owner of this Cinnabon location truly went above and beyond. I placed an order through the Cinnabon app on Friday evening around 7:00 PM, and it was supposed to be ready around 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, there was some kind of issue where the store never received my order. By the time I realized what had happened, the store had already closed. I called the number at the bottom of my receipt and, by chance, it connected me with the owner. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely apologetic. When I stopped by the mall on Monday, they generously gave me fresh Cinnabons to take home. That level of customer service is rare these days. I’m a huge Cinnabon fan it’s always my first stop whenever I visit a mall or a rest stop and this issue only made me appreciate the brand even more. The owner handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and care, and I can’t say enough good things about him or this location. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience.“

“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've never had a problem here. Its always as good as a Korean bakery should be and its super convenient to pick up during a grocery trip or just passing through.

“We often stop by this Baked By Melissa store in GSP. It is a small counter of take out only store. They have online pickup options as well. Different kinds of cake packs and sizes are displayed in front of the counter. The store usually has good inventory and variety of packs.

In recent months, they introduced individual small cakes instead of whole packs. They have 6-8 flavors on display. My daughter usually pick 4-5 flavors a for 6 pack. We love the tiny cakes. They are always fluffy and delicious. They stay good in the fridge up to a week after opening a pack.

Staff are always friendly and courteous. They also have membership benefits that includes special offers, birthday perks and few more good benefits.“

“I don't usually write long Google reviews, but after attending a buddy’s wedding in North Jersey recently, I had to drop one for this place.
Honestly, I’m not even a big cake guy, but the dessert setup at the reception caught my attention right away. They had this huge, multi-tiered custom wedding cake that looked awesome really clean work, not over the top, just super high quality. My wife and I were actually talking about how great it looked before they even cut into it.
When we finally got our slices, I expected the usual wedding cake thing: looks great, tastes like dry cardboard or straight sugar. But man, this thing was actually insane. Super moist, fresh, and tasted legit. I finished mine in about two minutes and ended up grabbing half of my wife’s slice too. It was so good I walked over to the groom during the party just to ask where they got it. He told me they had it custom designed at D’era House.
Finding a cake designer around North Jersey that makes something that actually tastes as good as it looks is pretty rare. I saved their info on my phone right then and there for our next family event.
If you’re looking for a solid wedding cake designer, custom made tiered cakes, or custom event cakes in Clifton or anywhere in the area, D’era House is 100% the real deal. Props to the baker! 💍🍰💪“

The cake truffles (Red Velvet and Fudge Brownie) were amazing—fudgy and flavorful on the inside with just enough icing. “This is a cute, clean little bakery in Fort Lee NJ. Donuts were really good. Love the different and unique flavors. My favorite was the Boston cream, and the Chantilly cream was good to. Im not a pistachio lover but that was nice. Had a croissant turkey and cheese it was really good. Croissant was light and flaky and the sandwich was fresh. Pricing wasn't to high but you have to pay for quality. Can't wait to go back and try the mango cake and turimisu.“
