“Great food but terrible customer service I absolutely love your restaurant the food is amazing! But honestly, some of your staff could really use hospitality training. There’s no reason I should be leaving upset just because an employee didn’t want to serve me over something as small as extra gravy. Without customers, there wouldn’t even be a business, so the service needs to reflect that.“

“If I could sleep outside this restaurant and walk inside whenever it was time for lunch or dinner, I would. This is my favorite spot in Bronxville, and as a college student, I'm willing to splurge and walk all the way to their store to eat. The fresh pasta with their sauces and chicken is so so so good. The place inside is a little small which makes it intimate and fun. I wish I could eat here everyday.“

“This location i have come to a few times. It has progressively become better and better.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quite, while there is a great social bar, with very nice accomodationimg staff and the downtown has become much better than it use to be that this hotel is right within.

Only downside I've experienced is the up charge fee for late checkout. Normally around the world a late checkout there is not a secondary charge of you request up till 1-2pm. Unfortunately this hotel is going with the US trend of charging consumers for needing a later checkout even if you checking at 11pm bc of late travel etc.. Only down on have to say, but hotel it top notch“

“OMG some of the BEST Italian food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Calamari so light crispy & tender. The Frutta di mare seafood pasta was perfect fresh fish, al dente pasta & the red sauce, soooo delicious. The wife's chicken fettuccine Alfredo was very tasty made with fresh cream & perfectly grilled chicken. Our waiter & the staff were very accommodating, he blessed us with complimentary deserts that tasted like they came from the finest bakery. “After finishing the kids' new school registration, we stopped by this pizza place for lunch. It was probably the first lunch I'd ever had in this neighborhood. We'd just finalized the house contract, so I'd taken a bus from a hotel in New York City to get here early in the morning.

Both my kids and I wanted a slice of Margherita pizza. But they only had two slices left! I was about to just order something else. But a kitchen staff member who was about to take a break came back in and made us a pizza. They willingly baked a whole new pizza just for one slice of Margherita. That pizza was so delicious, I still can't forget the taste of that Margherita. We were hungry and tired, but it tasted even better because of the staff's kindness in baking a fresh pizza just for us, for that one slice.

Since then, we've become regulars here and still order the Margherita pizza. And honestly, the pizza is truly delicious. It's not just because we feel grateful that we keep coming back.“

“We had the Jersey Tomato, the pesto pizza without chicken and the Snow White. They were all so good! Pizzas are about $20 and feed 2 people with good size slices. The drinks were great too. I had the sparkling pineapple ade and it was crafted with a pretty sprig of rosemary and a an orchid. The kids loved the boba tea - they made the coffee on with decaf for us.“

“Great pizza. I was looking for an authentic place to pizza from. I have like 8 pizza shops close to me and I always go with Mario's because for me it's the best so far. Other places you eat the pizza and feel bloated and sick because they don't let the dough ferment. These guys know what they're doing.“
