“Went for lunch on a random Monday and had the prefix menu, which was absolutely exquisite. Fresh flavors, great portions, everything and I mean everything was just exquisite. I must stop if you find yourself in Irvington, and order a couple times a week if you’re fortunate enough to live there! This place is that good.“

“Love this place, I come here for the buffet, they always have good options. I love their Curry Goat, Chicken Masala, Chicken Tandoori, their starches and vegetarian options. There is always something new for me to try at Sitar, service is great and their naan is amazing, also their mango lassi. We love this place, my mom loves this place and all my friends love this place.“

“I just ordered the Lamb Biryani and it was phenomenal!!!!! The lamb was super tender and the rice very aromatic, and spicy as I asked for it be. The restaurant was very clean, always a good thing, and the people were super helpful and polite. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a fantastic experience!“

“Great hidden gem! Was on a long trip and stopped here for dinner. Great service and the food was amazing. Had the fresh chicken tikka, chicken tikka masala, goat Karahi, chicken Karahi, and chicken biryani. everything was fresh and delicious. The chicken tikka
especially was so flavorful and tender. Serving sizes were also surprisingly big. Looking forward to eating here again soon!“

“First time here. My sister-in-Christ and I had lunch today. Everything was fresh & DELICIOUS!!! She lives in NY (travel time 30min). I live in NJ (travel time 45 min). Well worth the trip. We will be back! Your taste buds will thank you 😋“
