An absolutely amazing place to go and having me up with your loved one or your whole family. We stopped by and the service was amazing. The food is always cooked to perfection.My food came out fast and was hot! I loved the atmosphere and I also love the energy there. We are looking forward to going back there again! 5 stars!!👍
Had the worst experience tonight at Carmella’s
Sat there at our table for over 15 minutes
Multiple waiters waitresses walked by and never acknowledged us.
Walked out
They were not very busy at all!
Made eye contact with every server passing me and not a one said we would be there in a minute.
It appeared I would never be served.
I have always promoted and loved Carmella’s the service was horrible!
I was in earlier today and the way the manager treats all the servers is shameful. Yelling at them in earshot of us at the tables. Throwing things. Every time I visit, all the servers and the hosts, are nothing but wonderful. Always going above and beyond for us. They definitely don’t deserve to be treated as such.
