Came into Chipotle today and to my dismay, there was no chicken, steak, or pollo asado due to equipment failure. Do not fret though. Chipotle Willy took control of the situation and was not deterred by the collective outrage of customers. God speed Chipotle Willy!
CHIPOTLE WILLY deserves a PROMOTION. place was out of everything except for carnitas sofritas and barbacoa b/c of a machine fallacy and he MANAGED the situation. genuinely stepped up during a time of high volume to fix the situation and communicate with the crowd. he got the line down so fast and i was genuinely shocked he wasn’t the manager.
