Never been here, but in the months ahead I plan on eating here.
This is one of the only fast casual chains I really like. Panera’s are all over the country and their menu tries hard to tilt towards healthy. I’ve been going to this specific location since it opened - many, many times. There was a period of like 2 years where I basically had a mango smoothie (still so good) every other day. Fantastic employees who are quick to resolve issues, always providing a great experience. Delicious sandwiches and soups, with delightful new options like the chicken and bacon ranch. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the incredible morning crew at the New Hartford store. The frontega sandwich is a favorite, along with delicious coffee, baked goods, and breads.
