I've always loved Panera food. The frontega is my favorite. What I want to rave about is how wonderful the staff at the New Hartford store are. I've seen them work under pressure and they never lose their cool. Deb and her morning crew are incredible and an asset to the store.
The food was excellent. The service was top-notch. Very clean, even the bathroom. Fast delivery of food. Fresh and delicious soup for the cold day. Workers were very organized, efficient, and friendly.

Always a good sandwich and soup. I had the new chicken and bacon ranch which was delightful. Their coffee is delicious too. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Not to mention the baked goods and breads yum.
