Left a cash tip and the server added a $20 tip to my card afterward. Contacted restaurant and was told it would be refunded in 5-7 days and now we’re going on 3 weeks and no one returns our call and our money was never returned!
Just went to get ice cream at Friendly’s, and it was the best service that I’ve had there in a long time!! Fast service, workers were very polite and the peanut butter cup sundae was amazing! It actually had ice cream and toppings!!! Not sure all the workers names, but it was 7/5/22 -9:30 pm. Thank you!!
I used door dash to order a chicken BBQ melt and a sundae..the sundae is the only thing that showed up. I called friendlys and the manager herself drove it to me! The food was delicious and still hot and the sundae was great! What great people that work there..willing to go above and beyond!
