“This was my first time at this location but I’ve had Jimmy John’s more than once before at a different location. I’m from Oswego county and used to go to Jimmy John’s in Syracuse but unfortunately all the locations in Syracuse have closed. My son wanted the Picklewich which was our reason for the long drive out here and he said it tasted great with the pickled chips! Also got 2 of the new smoked bourbon cheddar Turkey subs for my husband and myself and they also tasted great!! Staff was friendly too.

Parking: It’s a normal free paved parking lot. Was not busy but we went on a Sunday so maybe that’s why.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a casual sit down restaurant. They have chips cookies and fountain drinks that kids like. I think they might also have a kids menu (not sure). They do offer smaller sized subs also.“

“The woman who basically runs this location is absolutely wonderful. I come here very frequently for lunch and she is here every single time, usually running the store by herself. This is the only location I will visit because of the excellent service.“

“We recieved the best service I have ever experienced at a subway. We did an online order and they were finishing making our food when we arrived. They were still actively completing in person orders at the same time. The two staff behind the counter were very efficient and deserved a positive review. To top it off, our food tasted very fresh, and were not messy!Great job!“
