It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“The donuts are very yummy but the wait time is outrageous.
I presume the job kinda stinks because every time I go in there, the person behind the register & the people making the donuts look bored & unhappy.
If they're trying to fake being happy & pleasant, they're not very good at it.
Honestly, I don't judge them too harshly on it, customer service is rough.
The donuts are delicious. The coffee isn't but I'm EXTREMELY picky about coffee so don't go by me there.
I'll keep going from time to time because as long as the donuts stay tasty, it's worth the wait time (still wish they'd shorten it a bit tbh).“

“First time trying K-Munchies. Came in with my 3yo son and instantly greeted by the husband of the adorable husband-wife duo. Ordered the single smash burger and twist donut with Umma's coffee. He was such a humble and kind soul and even offered for me to wait in the car to which he would bring out the food for us but we opted to wait inside for the food and had a great conversation and a few laughs. Food came out quick and was delicious. Whatever that smashburger sauce is was so good. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed the twist donuts. If you're in the neighborhood and need some comfort food to warm up the soul or be a glutton with a good ol' smashburger, this is the place to be. You also get a bonus of genuinely awesome people serving you.“

I was ordering mochi donuts and debated picking my last flavor, when the lady behind the counter mentioned the s’mores flavor was really popular and that it didn’t contain gelatin. She saw me in a hijab and abaya and knew to inform me that I could even consider the s’mores flavor as an option. For religious dietary reasons, I usually don’t bother gravitating towards anything with marshmallow, as most places use pork gelatin. I left the shop smiley about customer service and trying a flavor I don’t usually have the luxury of getting. This kind of service where vendors are culturally aware is rare - even in a diverse city like NYC. Definitely was a first time experience at a place that doesn’t explicitly cater towards Muslims or halal eating customers & it meant so much!! “My family loves this bakery. Whenever we are in the neighborhood we stop by for some sweets. Their mochi donuts are always fresh and the croffles never disappoint. I love the variety of croffles they have…my daughter has had the both the strawberry and nutella croffles and she loves them both. Coffe isn’t bad either.“

“Walked by the other day and ordered one of the croffle breakfast sandwiches and it was so delicious! It’s a great combo of sweet and savory and the cheese was a perfect blanket for the eggs and bacon. I also got two mochi donuts (green tea and purple sweet potato) and those were great as well!“

“This little cafe is right next to the exit of Food Bazaar. I got there just before close and grabbed 2 egg tarts. She mentioned that she was about to get rid of them, so they must get or make them fresh each day. Even though they were the last of the day, they were still nice and warm. Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“I used to come here with my dad when they first opened and I was impressed! I used to get challahs, muffins, desserts, and they were all amazing! Sometimes, the lady in the front would give me the baked goods fresh out of the oven. I don’t know if she works there anymore.“

I enjoyed the sandwiches and the grilled cheese panini wasn’t that bad. When I looked at the donuts they had different variety of donuts to choose from like Chocolate Dip Donut, Vanilla Dip Donut, Boston Creme Donut, Maple Dip Donut, and more. “Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.“

“The service was very slow. One employee taking care of a customer that was very slow to decide what type of coffee... This wasn't the customers problem. Meanwhile the line is getting very long and they're only keeping one register open.Definitely don't go to this place if you see the line is longer than two people because for some reason they don't know how to operate two registers at the same time“

“Typical DD fare but with kosher restrictions and substitutions. The staff at this location are always very nice, and the service is quick. Conveniently located right by the Hewlett LIRR station if you want to grab a sandwich, a coffee or a snack while waiting for your train.

“I want to start the review by saying this specific DD is the best location I've ever visit and will continue buying from them, because they properly know how to create and make the orders and their above and beyond customer service that no other DD has provide me. A big shout out to Sabina, the manager for her amazing kindness and exemplary world class customer service. The area outside can be a little bit challenging to navigate, because of the amount of people walking around, but other than that I highly recommend this location.“

“If you have ever driven a long drive, this will remind you of a rest stop. It's really nice to see a place that's clean and bright. We have a ton of dunkin' donuts in the area. My sweet tooth decided to give this place a try. I got a maple cream donut, Boston cream, chocolate dipped and a couple of the little rounds. I don't know what they're called. Unlike dunkin' donuts, their donuts were not hard and didn't feel like they've been sitting for 12 hours. The Maple donuts had a nice pleasant maple aroma. Just be warned they are super sweet. The chocolate variety with a good as well. The minis were chocolate and blueberry. The blueberry was super sweet as well. I like to the chocolate better. The minis were super soft and melted in my mouth. I will definitely go here over dunkin' donuts“

Mike in the back also tells some of the best jokes, all clean material and family friendly so if you go on a Tuesday make sure you ask for “Mike in the back” to come out and tell a great joke. My favorite bagel is their plain bagel with cream cheese, absolutely delicious. Thank you locust valley bagels! I will definitely be back!“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“Best Dunkin in Long Island! The guy at the front (I think he is the owner) is very professional and listens to ever specific requests especially when it comes to drinks. This Dunkin is the only Dunkin that has gotten my coffee right the first time and the food here is always fresh! I have a picture that I took of the donut they gave my daughter this around October! Very creative and the kids loved it! I don’t live near greenvale but I always take the drive down to get my morning coffee from here that’s how much I enjoy this Dunkin! Highly recommend this Dunkin for anyone who is in Long Island!“
