The ginger in all the platters were dried out, but the wasabi was bright green and spicy. The fish was fresh and the rice was nice and soft.“

“The sauce for the Filet Mignon Banh Mi was too sweet. The server explained that most American customers like sweet sauce. So I exchanged my sandwich for a Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Roll. The shrimp was clean and fresh, but the noodles were soggy.I will be back to try the Short Rib Banh Mi with a low sugar level. The service here was excellent!“

The perfectly poached egg in the creamy mentai udon is the best mentai udon I have had- much lighter but more flavorful than what you would find in Japan Village. “I really enjoy coming here. Food is usually very good. However, they have changed some items(Shanghai veg rolls) which was disappointing and aren't as good as the original made in house.
