Regarding the food:

Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.

Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.

King Salmon: Quite tender.

Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.

Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

“Quick, affordable and tasty dry hot pot. You walk in, grab a bowl and tongs, choose your ingredients and hand it over to the cashier to cook. Price is based on weight, but one bowl around 1.5 lb was enough for the two of us. We opted for the “tiny spicy” level and it was just the right out amount of kick — not too spicy but just enough to get you sniffling. The seasoning the chef put it was great too. Highly recommend“

Really quick service and the owner was so considerate and sweet.

Most sushi restaurants I’ve frequented over the years are inconsistent with quality and freshness—which is what got me to try Taku in the first place and I’ve never looked back! “We moved from Port Washington to MA this May and have been unable to find a spot that offers everything that Aki does, not to mention at the same quality! They just execute everything so well. It was our go to for sushi, we loved the apps (the crispy rice and jalapeño yellowtail are fire), and loved also having options for classic Chinese food. We craved for Ramen since our last Japan trip weeks ago so we had this idea to try it here. Savoring the Kinha Ramen took us back in time when we were in Japan enjoying this noodle dish. You have to try it along side a Japanese soda drink! My family had a welcoming experience which provided an atmosphere of just being ourselves to enjoy family time while enjoying palatable dishes. This restaurant also has an area for those meet ups that calls for to be a little more private and still be relaxed by the bubbly fizz in your glass.
