Most sushi restaurants I’ve frequented over the years are inconsistent with quality and freshness—which is what got me to try Taku in the first place and I’ve never looked back! We order from here 3-4 times per month….and we love it! They also have great Asian dishes when I’m not in the mood for sushi, but the rest of my family is. I especially love their Thai basil and their hibachi vegetables. Sooo good!!“

“I can't say enough good things about JR - the front staff (Joy, Yoyo, Kiko) are amazing, and Jimmy is a great host to everyone that comes in. The #17 Schezwan Chicken on the specials menu is the best in New York, hands down. This place is a vibe and a real asset to the LB scene.“

“This place is incredible and checks all the boxes the food tastes insanely fresh is perfectly prepared the waitress who usually serves us doubles as a bar tender that can smoke 90% of bartenders that work at local bars in the area. The food comes out quick and is presented beautifully the restaurant is immaculately clean and really nicely decorated on top of all this music they play is somehow always great oh and most importantly it is incredibly fairly priced

“Been coming here for decades. If you are Korean and a NewYorker there is a 90% chance you know of this place. Classic Korean black noodle spot that doesn’t disappoint! They make less than 12 dishes here and they do it well! Not much more to say. Big space, lots of seats and chill vibes. Totally biased but maybe the single most know korean restaurant in nyc? Who knows but Enjoy!“

Decor cosmopolitan, they spent a lot of money on the chairs but now the faux leather vinyl is sagging, peeling and it’s hard to find a comfortable seat. “Came for Mother’s Day with the family. Even though they were very busy, they honored our 1pm reservation. The food came quick. One time they mixed up an order but we let the waiter know and they quickly addressed the issue. Love this place.“

We craved for Ramen since our last Japan trip weeks ago so we had this idea to try it here. Savoring the Kinha Ramen took us back in time when we were in Japan enjoying this noodle dish. You have to try it along side a Japanese soda drink! My family had a welcoming experience which provided an atmosphere of just being ourselves to enjoy family time while enjoying palatable dishes.
