Cool spot to visit, especially when the weather is nice. The employee working the tasting room was great; she was friendly and knew what she was talking about when it came to the distilling process (Coppersea is farm to glass, they do everything on site including growing grain), the spirits they served, and the cocktails. Nice distillery to visit on a beautiful day. Went with a group and had their Premium Whiskies Tasting. The employee who walked us through the tasting was very knowledgeable about their distilling process. One of my favorites was their Big Angus Green Malt Whisky, which was so earthy. I can honestly say I've never had something like that before. The Excelsior Straight Rye was also nice, somewhat of a citrus taste. Such a fun experience!!! We did the whiskey tasting which was so fun. The staff was so knowledgeable and loved to share all about the drinks. Great atmosphere both inside and out. Even had live music playing.
