After walking the River-to-Ridge Trail and Wallkill Valley Trail Trail we had lunch at Huckleberry. It’s down a side street so a little out of the way which might keep it less busy. Another restaurant on Main Street has a wait time of 45 minutes. Huckleberry has more tables on the second floor than on the main floor. Downstairs is a nice long bar and a few tables. Great food, great friendly service ... couldn't have asked for a better meal! Loved the ambiance with all of the repurposed doors, live plants and lots of windows! If we had been dressed more appropriately, we definitely would have sat outside by the fire pit! Looking forward to coming back!!

Had a great weekday brunch here. Food and cocktails are spot on. This is the kind of place you'd expect in the city proper and a nice option is here. Very vegan friendly. Prices are high but fair for farm to table ingredients and ethical wage transparency the whole way down.
