Was in town for work and stayed at the hotel across the street and wanted something within walking distance. Ruby’s looked good so my counterpart and I decided to give it a try. “Ruby” (not sure if that’s her name) the owner greeted us with a smile as we entered and seated us immediately. We tried the Tuna Poke Nachos first… they were delicious and refreshingly light but also hearty. Food, fun and friends! We were a party of 22 and came in unexpectedly on a weekday, which made them short staffed to take care of a large party, so they had someone come in extra to help take care of us. The food was delicious and the owner and servers were great and very friendly. We had a great time and definitely recommend.

We ordered six courses from the menu, between entrance & main course. Food was quite tasty & very delicious but their dishes are not visually stunning.The service was great. However I would prefer if they have live music, would be more fun for having a good time & stay longer.Definitely one of my go to spot in Hudson Valley.
