Visited from Houston and WOW!! everything I ordered was amazing; their carne mechada (shredded beef) was perfectly seasoned and my empanada crunchy and delicious! I also got some
Tequeños and an arepa and everything was perfect. They also had some Venezuelan snacks that you must try!

I understand that orders cannot be placed over the phone; however, I believe the customer service staff should be properly trained on how to communicate with customers. This morning, when I simply asked a question, one of the cooks addressed me in a vulgar and disrespectful manner. I found this behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
