This subway has substantially fallen in quality & customer service since new owners took over in ~2021/22ish. I used to be a heavy frequent there as a freshman and sophomore at Iona. Food was great and the 3 main people that worked there were awesome. Now it’s dreary, the most mid sandwich you’ll ever have, and terrible interactions with the staff. This subway desperately needs new management.

i am shocked that i am giving subways in new rochelle 4 stars , am i shocked cause its subway or in new rochelle. i dont know but the a/c is on full blast , i got my apple pie (2) and i got my 6inch grilled chicken breast with the works with a diet coke and a corner table facing the wall. overall its one of the better subways i have visited and i have visited a few over the years. guys behind the counter are not afraid to add toppings and they didnt give a small piece of chicken...read full review
