Domino's Pizza's menu has been described as just okay, but the New Rochelle staff is consistently praised for being friendly and fantastic. However, there have been individual issues with a delivery driver named Jose, who allegedly refused to give change and claimed it as his tip. The driver seat pickup service has been generally good, although there was one instance of rushed and impolite service. Despite these incidents, the restaurant is overall regarded as doing a good job.
