“I was pleasantly surprised by the café tucked inside the outdoor museum. You don’t usually expect museum dining to be memorable, but the food here is genuinely excellent. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked—far beyond what I anticipated. The BLT, too, stood out with its crisp bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes layered on hearty bread that tied it all together. Both dishes were satisfying and flavorful, the kind of quality you’d expect from a standalone restaurant rather than a museum café.“

“Great little space with a really delicious variety of food that you can tell is made thoughtfully. The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

Packs the orders so neatly. Such a friendly and professional disposition. He is such an asset to this business. I witnessed him taking orders and was so impressed. Every employee , including Tim, is so welcoming that patrons will always come back. And the food is soooo delicious. I tell all my friends to go here. Keep up the good work.“

“My son took me here for the brunch on Sunday. What a wonderful choice. We had two different, super tasty breakfast sandwiches. We had the egg sandwich with avocado and the BLAT GF/DF, for my son. They were both delicious. We had Mimosas and coffees, also delicious and fun.
It's a beautifully decorated, large space with plenty of tables. The atmosphere & ambience was warm and inviting. When you enter, you proceed to the rear to order/pay. The service was impeccable, with our food brought to us by a staff member in a white chef jacket and French scarf. I loved it. I will definitely be back.

“We came to Cold Spring for the first time to hike and before starting our adventure, we came across this place.

It looks amazing this place! cute both inside and outside. Really welcoming and cozy.

We started with a cup of coffee and then we ordered the shakshuka to share. Everything was delicious. The service was really good. We even had the pleasure to meet the owners from which you could understand the level of quality and service of this place. Taking over in a very small town with such a unique combination of dedication and passion to create such a great place and ambience for everyone to enjoy while being there!

“we were staying with family in Cold Spring and they brought us here - what a treat!🤩 the service and atmosphere were fantastic. it was hard to pick off the delicious menu but we opted for garden hash and king stormy sandwich were were both amazing.the kids had the pancakes which were super fluffy and the bacon which was lovely and crispy! the spicy margarita and bloody Mary's were the best we have had while we were here. I would definitely recommend!“
