TFC is super good and buttoned-up for day-to-day issues, but then anything outside of the ordinary just sort of breaks the system. For example, the main entrance door shattered during a storm, and TFC just did not bother fixing it, so we just come home to broken glass every day. Not a great look in a part of LIC which already looks a little beat-up.
These people ignore all maintenance requests but happily accept random monthly fees without disclosing what they go towards.

I have made a noise complaint against a tenant for the past 3 months, and the entire TFC management team has done nothing to resolve this issue. Omalita Balgobin, Christopher Froehlich, Asmir Brdakic, No one has resolved my issue even though I have sent them multiple videos of proof.
