This place is a gem, each plate is a work of art. The taste hits the palate and sends out feel good neurotransmitters to your brain. The appetizers give you a fresh feeling and entrees are not heavy. The dessert hits the spot. Fine dining at its finest.
I had the team at Aureole cater a private in home event and I could not be happier with how it all turned out. I worked with Chef Erick Vargas Bromberg to create a menu and it was absolutely fantastic. The entire way through the process the catering team (Thomas Young) and chef were incredibly responsive, prompt, and intuitive. I only went to have a few drinks at the bar. The staff was so warm and friendly that it felt like we were all long time buddies. I ended up have appetizers and desert and the food was delicious. Rightly price too when you factor their location. Good vibes
