"What is your favorite restaurant in all 5 boroughs?" No brainer. Aux Epices is the most incredible hole in the wall find not just in Chinatown, but in NYC. Crispy Anise Duck Roll ($8) - didn't really taste much of any subtle anise flavor. Barely any duck, mostly fillers. Would suggest passing on this. Escargot ($8) - pieces not overcooked with subtle garlic flavor. Smelled more delicious than it tasted. Comes with thin slices of sesame coated bread. Lovely little quaint restaurant with gracious service. The fettuccine noir almost made me eat the plate. I will definitely be back sooner rather than later. The lemonade was so tasty.
