This was a great Dunkin Donuts a few years back but sadly it keeps going downhill. The mobile orders are missing something about 1 out of 3 times. Very frustrating. I hate having to open everything before I leave the store to ensure it's complete.
I made a order on uber eats and only had 2 items and they called saying they didnt have either of the items so i said alright then can you cancel my order so i could get a refund and order something else and he said ok hung up and has yet to do it so i called again and he started screaming over the phone saying im not understanding that he doesnt have the items in stock. Horrible service, communication , just horrible. Definitely needs a new staff.
