I was at your 1427 Dual Highway, Hagerstown, MD 21740 location. I came in for a coffee, dozen donuts, & a lotta. I had to pay for the coffee because another employee poured it. But since your employee ANN would not except a coupon for $.99 coffee, I left without finishing my order. She was uncooperative & not pleasant. You need to express the importance to your employees to be kind, helpful, & pleasant... Customers are the Bread & Butter of your business. You will not survive...read full review
