I order through the Dunkin app, and after 3 years of going to this particular Dunkin due to how close it is to my job. I have this much to say:1. They never make a Caramel Craze signature latte correctly, it always taste like regular coffee with just milk topped with whipped cream. I do not taste caramel AT ALL. 6$+ down the drain. Went here for a drink and some icecream. Staff looked pretty unhappy about having to serve customers which was surprising to see as always found other locations delivered great service. No Sundays available and only said we could choose from one of the 2 icecream coolers. Staff didn’t say why or what was wrong with the other icecream but the ones we ended up choosing were ok, just wasn’t what we wanted.
