Incredible dining experience. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to after my experience at the Bistrot. This was a truly unique meal in a city oversaturated with flavorless, trendy, Johnny-come-lately’s. The staff is friendly — not fake — friendly. They are knowledgeable and when it comes to wine pairings they want you to actually enjoy what you’re drinking, not just sell you the most expensive bottle. Mind blowingly delicious. Quintessential New York vibes. The haramachi crudo and the ouef mayo probably our two favorites. Strip steak was also fantastic.
Every dish was great especially the leeks. I never thought a veggie dish could be so flavorful so good. Idk how the reviews aren’t better
