I had the chance to grab dinner here during the week with a friend. We had made a reservation for a Wednesday evening around 6 and honestly, it doesn't seem as if this is needed since the restaurant opens at that time and there weren't many people waiting when they opened their doors. Waiter was superb. Helping with clarifying the options for many of the items we were considering. The food was created with some interesting variations to what I have been used to eating in Vietnamese restaurants since the 1980's ) both in other parts of the US and in Vietnam. The variations were subtle and beneficial. It was my wife's 75th Birthday, and the Brasserie made it an enjoyable experience.
